I am Maya Queenan

My journey into wedding photography began in high school, where I first discovered my passion for capturing moments while renting the school’s news camera. I loved being behind the lens, and it sparked a desire to explore photography further.

In college, I took the plunge and bought my first camera, which opened up a world of possibilities. I started shooting graduation photos and sporting events, and it quickly became clear that this was more than just a hobby for me; it was something I wanted to pursue as a career.

To deepen my understanding of the craft, I enrolled in grad school for Media Studies and Production, where I immersed myself in all things visual storytelling. It was during this time that I dove headfirst into the world of weddings, and I haven’t looked back since.

With over 30 weddings under my belt, I’m thrilled to be doing what I love every day. Each couple's unique story inspires me, and I feel so grateful to have taken this path in my life!

I’ll always give you my honest opinion, help you make decisions with confidence, and provide the best experience possible. Your wedding day only happens once, and my job is to make sure you can be fully present while knowing your memories are in good hands.
